LOADED POTATO SOUP

My daughter and I love soup.  She will even drip it in between two pieces of bread and try to make a sandwich out of it.  Did someone say "crazy as a soup sandwich".  Well, I have been trying to cook more at home than ordering out, being on a strict budget and all.  Well I had all the fix-ins to make this luscious Loaded Potato soup.  It made enough that we had left overs that I could take for lunch!  Some of my work friends tasted it and said they wanted the recipe, so I'm a good sharer and gave it to them.  So I figured why not share with everyone.  If you can boil potatoes then you can make this soup.  So go ahead, give it try and enjoy it on a brisk Autumn day.  Click here for the Recipe
